Cancellation

*If you wish to cancel, Change or modify your order, you are requested to inform us immediately by call or email.

 *If the order is dispatched we may not able to cancel, change or modify your request.

*If your order is already shipped then kindly accept the delivery and send it back as you received it sealed packed under the return policies.

* If you have opened the package and any damage or scratch while opening or using the product will not be accepted as return by The Chess Empire.

*If you have received the order and want to cancel it for any reason then we may request to contact us and return the order safely under the return policy before 30 days for full refund.

* The paypal transaction & Credit card transaction charges are non refudable.

*Custom made orders and clearance products are not eligible for Cancellation.

Package Refusal

If you change your mind after The Chess Empire dispatch of the product, Please do not refuse to accept the package while the delivery attempt by the shipping company and if you do so then Shipping Company can return the package or they can destroy the goods under the law. If the shipping company sends the goods back to us and return transportation, refusal of the package charges and custom charges will be going to cost us which we will deduct from the amount paid by customer The Chess Empire will not be responsible for package Refusal. If you are not available for receiving the package, you are requested to call or email the local shipping company for deliver the package at the time of your availability, The Chess Empire will not be responsible if the package get returned.

It is better you accept the product and return back under return policy and it may cost very less. If you refuse to accept the product the all the charges from dispatching ,return ,refusal and custom charges will be paid by the customer only.
