The Chess Empire Return Policy

 

* If you have any reason for returning the product or want to replace your order. The Chess Empire offers you the return confirmation between 30 days from the date of shipping. It is customer’s responsibility to send the product back as exactly received.  

* Once the package is approved for return you have 10 days to send the return at correct address with phone valid number and details given below.

* The return will not be accepted if sent back without our knowledge and return authorized number.

* There will be no charges for restocking the return goods but the freight amount will be paid by customer for returning goods for any reason.

* The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount paid by customer for shipping from The Chess Empire Location to the customer location.

*If by mistake wrong product sent by TCE, you are requested to inform us ASAP so we can arrange the pickup of the wrong product and confirm you the dispatch of your actual purchase.

*If you find any damaged chess pieces within 30 days time period then you are requested to contact us and we will send you the new spare chess pieces free of cost.

* Chess Boards: If you have any reason to return the chess board or you find any flaw on it then you are requested to inform us and send it back to us ASAP. Once the product will reach back we will send you the new product or refund as per the customer convenience. Please note the freight amount will be paid by customer for returning back and The Chess Empire will not deduct any amount paid by the customer. The Chess Board must reach back as received by the customer.

* The refund will be issued to the same account or credit card from where we have received.

* The paypal transaction & Credit card transaction charges are non refudable.

* If you have received any gift or accessories with the purchase should be returned back to us in same condition.

*If everything reaches back genuinely without any flaw the refund will be made within 5 working days.

*If customer has refused the parcel to accept the applicable charges of delivery cost, return cost, refusal charges and the custom charges will be deduct from the paid amount.

*Customize Orders are Non Refundable and Cannot Cancel.

*If the customer has exceeded 30 days time then customer can contact us and whatever is the best way The Chess Empire will definitely try its best to help you.

 

Term & Conditions

* Item should be packed safely and properly and send back by the genuine shipping company which can be easily traceable.

* The address should be mention very clearly with postal code and phone number given below.

* The Chess Empire will not be responsible for any damage or loss of package while returning. It is customer’s responsibility to pack it safely and use the best courier service so it can reach to us.

* If you are sending damage pieces in return without our knowledge then the return will be not acceptable. Please be sure the product should not send back if damaged.

* Custom made orders and clearance products are not eligible for return Policy.

* It is very important to send all original documents and product certificate when returning item should be included.

* Freight Amount for returning goods will be paid by the customer.

 

 

Damaged goods arrived : Damaged

The Chess Empire is using best and safest packaging so that the product will reach you in perfect shape. We are using the best possible packaging for our all products and we are proud we are covering everything safely with no chance of any dent or damage to the products. Even after all safety we want to offer free replacement for any crack, damage or manufacturing fault. 

No matter it is cracked or damaged during transit or what any other reason is the replacement will be sent within a day after the confirmation from customers. We offer you 10 days to get us noticed after the receiving date of the product with the images of default. Without any delay the pieces will be ship to you. The Golden Prestige Series or Luxury Chess pieces collection damaged pieces should be returned back by the customer. 

Chess Boards: If you find any Damage during the shipping then we may request you to complaint shipping company at your place and send the chess board back to us for so that we can replace with the new one.Please note 3rd party fault is not covered as the freight amount will be charged for replacing the new one and also the return of the chess board will be paid by customer.


Ebony Chess Board

Please note that Ebony Chess boards are not covered for warping or cracking as this is one of the precious wood with the nature of warp and get crack fast.
